We are currently working exclusively with a Healthcare Group who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team, supporting two key hospital sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and proactive accountant to take on a broad and varied role in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll be based at the Head Office in Banbury and will report directly to the Group Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Production of monthly accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
NHS reporting and monthly returns, including addressing challenges
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Cash flow forecasting and fixed asset control
Development and maintenance of finance policies and controls
Supervision and support of Finance Assistants
Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
Support with corporation tax and other tax-related matters
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders during audits

What We are Looking For:

Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Part qualified considered if experienced.
Strong management accounting experience.
Proven ability to prepare reports and analysis for senior stakeholders
Proficient in financial systems; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with Sage50 – desirable
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable
